Reservation Policy
Check-In Time 03:00 PM | Check-Out Time 10:00 AM
- All of the apartments require a damage deposit fee of €100 – €200 upon arrival. To avoid fees please leave Apartments Kanin Bovec as it was upon check-in and your damage deposit will be returned in full.
- You are responsible for any damage done to the apartment during your stay. This includes, but not limited to, broken dishes, broken lamps, stained sofa/furniture, stained bed linens/bath towels, etc.
- Credit Card will be used to hold booking. Cash payment required for booking upon arrival. Credit Card will be charged for any damage or stolen items.
- No Pets allowed.
- NO smoking inside the apartments
- Check In: Please give an estimated time of arrival either by email or phone. We want to insure everything is ready for your stay with us. Check in time is at 3:00pm, unless otherwise discussed or prearranged with us.
- Check Out: We will check you out upon leaving. Check out time is 10:00am
- A cleaning fee may be charged to those who DO NOT follow our apartment rules and check-out procedure.
- Used bath towels should be placed on the floor.
- All dishes must be washed and put away.
- Rules: No Smoking. No parties or events, No loud music, No bikes, kayaks or outdoor equipment inside the apartments.
- Trash and Waste – Please be mindful about your waste. Recycling bins are available just a few meters down the street from the house. Blue Bins – Paper products. Yellow Bins – Plastic, Aluminum. Brown Bins – Compost (located next to the apartment). Green Bins – For items that can not be recycled. We will recycle your glass waste.

Cancellation Policy
- During peak season/holidays guest must cancel up to four weeks prior to arrival to be free of charge. Within four weeks guest will be charged full/total price. Peak seasons/holidays: July – August. Bovec Marathon (September) December 23 – January 5. Easter Holiday (April). Adventure Boogies (June 3 – 17, July 29 – August 5) Dates subject to change each year.
- During regular and/or preseason guest can cancel up to two weeks prior to arrival. Within two weeks guest will be charged full/total price.
- If guest do not show up or do not cancel guest will be charged the full/total price.
